E-store maintenance includes regular, irregular and additional work. Regular work is fully included in the monthly service fee. Irregular work is included in the monthly service fee for up to 1 hour. The working time spent above this volume is subject to additional payment according to the price specified in the terms and conditions. A 15% discount applies to the customer of the maintenance service base package from the price specified in the terms and conditions (the discount does not combine with other possible discounts). The execution of additional works is additionally agreed upon before the execution of the works.
Regular work:
- automatic check of e-shop availability (continuously);
- making a backup copy of the e-store files and database to a separate server (monthly);
- check of web server and e-shop logs (monthly);
- retention of web server logs for 30 days (continuously);
- database maintenance, deletion of old unnecessary data (monthly);
- development meeting to find out possible bottlenecks of the e-store and plan developments (once a year).
Irregular work:
- resolution of possible incidents;
- elimination of problems discovered during log checking;
- installing module upgrades;
- changing the e-shop settings;
- consulting the client (helping with the selection of additional modules, making settings, etc.);
- providing user support to the client's employees.
Additional work:
- arendusprojektides kokkulepitud tööd;
- PrestaShopi versiooni uuendamine.
